I can't believe it has taken me up until now to talk to you wonderful people. I noticed on my website that it has been nearly 2 weeks with me being silent *a rarity at best*. Well, I am getting closer and closer to the big summer project to being done! Whoot! I'm expecting the launch to be July 1st, but that will change (more or less). Keep an eye out for a brilliant banner, and an update.

I have been very busy with school, and if that isn't enough, I am working non-stop on this whole website thing. I am part of this graphic contest on Arwen-Undomiel.com, but I am sorely losing because I don't have the time I thought I would have. Sad News! Well, I suppose I should get back to work ! It has been a full week of challenges and some crazy weather and still I have nothing for you. First I want to say a Woo Hoo for reaching 2,000 hits! How awesome is that!?! Well, since I have really nothing for you, I will tell you what I am working on right now (an update from the last post).

After one week of mega-work on the new My Access, no results have emerged. I am having a lot of troubles getting the login script to work, naturally. What I am trying to do is make it simple but mega secure. Apparently, those don't go together very well. I mentioned to some that I would be done by yesturday; obviously that isn't the case. We will see what happens in the following days, but I can't promise anything. Tomorrow I start my class, which is at the wickening hour of 7:30 AM. My time will be eaten away by this, but I hope that results will show up in the next two weeks or so.

I did somethings on the website itself, regardless on how my other project turned out. I have been running a few diagnostics to see whether or not the site is functioning correctly. It passed, luckly, but there are some kinks that I will need to figure out. Mostly, these kinks will be figured out during the Maintainance Check later in the fall. I will be fixing the major ones this summer, but the main changes will happen during the Maintainance Check.

Other than that, nothing new was added, subtracted, multiplied, or divided. See you soon with a hopefully better update than this update which is full of jargen.

Good Evening/Morning everyone! I have not updated in what seems to be forever. I am finally done with my first year in college, which is a relief now that I know I have passed almost all of my classes (with excellent marks too). Then, just this week, I started my new job as a Receptionist. The job is easier than it sounds. I have already read about 100 pages of "The Kite Runner," an excellent novel which I highly suggest. Other than that, my life has been pretty good. I feel good, rejuvenated, and ready to tackle the summer work on Telpeath’s Gift!

Because this is going to be a change in progress, I am going to tell you what will be happening within the next couple of weeks here on TG!

• First off, I am going to be doing some hidden stuff (in other words, stuff that you will never see . . . unless you look at my html). To be honest, my website is not really up-to-code in certain areas. I want my website to be viewable by all, and that starts with a clean layout. In the next few weeks, I will be editing ALL my coding, to see what needs improvement, etcetera.



• The major thing you will notice within a couple of weeks will the premiere of My Access. Once again, it has returned for a new purpose, again. It is my goal to make a community- as part of my TG Theme for 2009. With this in mind, I want the process of Affiliating, registering for My Ads, etc, to be as easy as 1,2,3. This is all going to be made possible by My Access. I will be toiling with the ideas for the next few weeks, but I have already begun the construction part, a part that is going to take some time. I will be shedding some light on this in the next few weeks/days.



• Layout Change? What? Not really as big as you think it will be. I am not changing the site layout (yet, that is). What I will be changing is the sidebar that you see on your left. The links will stay the same (maybe getting rearranged), but the part that I will be working with is the ads and stuff like that. You may see a few changes within the next couple of weeks on the side, the layout changing constantly. I am trying to figure out the best way of doing this. What I may start doing is adding some cooler ads (if you have suggestions, I would gladly take them).

This is the start of the updates that will be happening on Telpeath’s Gift. As you are all aware, I have another website that I have begun work on (well, barely scratched the surface). I hope to update real soon! I hope you are all having a Happy May!

That's right- School is almost over for me. The university finishes within the next week, so you should be seeing me around a lot more in the upcoming days. It has been a crazy hall, but I am excited for being done (for a while at least). Although I will be working quite a bit, the stress of homework will not prevail over my evenings/mornings/free time.

So bare with me for at least 1 more week! I have some exciting new things I want to try in the next updates. Till then, stay safe!

Good Evening Everyone! Sorry that my updates always seem to come at night; what can I say, I am a night owl. I added 1 new Affiliate to the website. Welcome Clarett to the family! I also went through a few webpages, looking for the ever illusive spelling errors. This will be a multi-day process, so bare with me.

As you are all well aware, the website has been attacked by spammers. These people are not welcomed here, and I apologize for anything posted by them. In result of this recent attack, all comments will need to be posted by registered users. I have added a link so that you an register. It is really easy to do, and when you post, make sure you type you name the same, and then it will ask you for you password. Again, very simple.

Dear Friends and Affiliates of Telpeath's Gift,

Since I have been away for an extended period of time, some of the happenings on Telpeath's Gift have been overlooked. In the comments area, there has been a surplus of spam linking to some very inappropriate sites. I will have you all know that I DO NOT accept this sort of behavior. If you are the person placing these messages on the site, please stop. I have placed a ban on your IP, but who knows if that will stop it all. If I must, I will enforce registered commenting. Again, I am sorry for having these things on the website. This is suppose to be a kid-friendly site, and my absence has made that untrue.

Well, my friends, Telpeath's Gift is officially being attacked by spam. However, I am looking at this as a good thing (my website must be popular enough for them to attack me! ). Over spring break, I will be working diligently on Spam Protection! Till then, I will be placing a freeze on ALL comments and Inquiries.
